When you see a "Database Error" message displayed on the navigation screen, remove the SCS service connector.

Remove the patch CD from the navigation unit, then reinsert the client's DVD-ROM.

Verify that the navigation system works properly by test-driving the vehicle to a programmed driving destination you select.

Return the patch CD and installation instructions to the jewel case, and retain for it for the next use.
