Heater Core: Service and Repair
1. Remove the heater unit.
2. Remove the mode control motor.
3. Remove the two self-tapping screws and the left heater duct.
4. Remove the self-tapping screw and the left air duct.
5. Remove the wire harness clips, and the mode control arm with a flat-tip screwdriver as shown. Remove the five self-tapping screws and the left
side cover.
