Front Bumper Assembly

Front bumper assembly, removing and installing 

WARNING!

DO NOT re-use any fasteners that are worn or deformed in normal use. Many fasteners are designed to be used only once and become
unreliable and may fail when used a second time. This includes, but is not limited to, nuts, bolts, washers, self4ocking nuts or bolts,
circlips, cotter pins. For replacements always use new parts. 

1 -  Trim strip, right side

‹›  Removing ~ Fig. 1

2 -  Bolt w/washer

2.5 Nm (22 in lb) 

3 -  Trim strip, center

Adjusting:
- 

Remove bumper

- 

Loosen bolt -4-

Installing:
- 

Align to both side trim strips

4 -  Bolt w/washer

2.5 Nm (22 in lb) 

5 -  Trim strip, left side

6 -  Expanding nut
7 -  Guide piece, left/right

‹›  Unclip bumper from guide piece
‹›  Push bumper end downward out of guide piece

8 -  Bolt w/washer

1.5 Nm (13 in lb) 

9 -  Bracket

10 -  Nut

‹›  25 Nm (18 ft lb) 
‹›  Locks with nut w/washer -11-

11 -  Nut w/washer
