CONDITION

Condensation collects in ventilation system and drips into footwell area because evaporator water drain valve or hose is kinked, incorrectly routed, not
properly attached or blocked by dirt/wax.

PRODUCTION

Different grease used at assembly for easier installation of drain hose; improved inspection at assembly.

Evaporator water drain valve and hose, checking

Check water drain valve (arrow) and hose for kinks, proper routing, correct attachment and obstructions.

Remove kinks, reroute hose, reattach valve/hose and/or free obstructions as necessary.
