- Remove wheel bearing housing from support (arrow).

- Disconnect lower suspension strut mount (arrow).
- Remove mounting bolt.

- For rear axle with stabilizer bar, remove stabilizer bar link rod bracket.

- Remove transverse link from wheel bearing housing.
- Pull wheel bearing housing off drive axle.

Installing

- Install wheel bearing housing on drive axle.
- Bolt transverse link to wheel bearing housing; use new self- locking nut (arrow); torque to 200 Nm (148 ft lb).
- On rear axle with stabilizer bar, mount stabilizer bar link rod bracket.
- Connect lower strut, install new self-locking nuts, and tighten bolts to 90 Nm (66 ft lb), only with vehicle resting on wheels.
- Fasten wheel bearing housing onto support and trapezoidal arm. Use new self-locking mounting bolts. Tighten bolts to 170 Nm (104 ft lb) plus
