- Bend up tabs and completely remove metal inner frame (arrow).
- With frame removed apply gel type super glue (locally available) to loose or torn areas of headliner opening.
- Reinstall new metal inner frame Part No. 4A0867 529 A
- Carefully bend tabs over 90° onto headliner.

Caution: 

Because of the softness of the headliner material it is important not to over bend the tabs.

- After the frame is installed apply the gel type super glue over all the tabs and corners (arrows) through the motor opening.

Note: 

This glue will add reinforcement to the frame and headliner.

- Reinstall sunroof motor and cover after glue is dry.
