to install, press mirror to base making sure fastening pins (arrows) fit into slot on clamping ring

Note

Insure that dust cover is properly fitted on mirror assembly.

tighten clamping ring until pin is centered over slot on mirror bottom

-

check mirror for proper function

Mirror glass replacement - electric

Housing 17089 - Audi 4000

CAUTION

Replacement mirror glass is supplied only with clamping ring. Check for notches at slot at bottom of mirror housing. If slots are seen, replacement
procedure is identical to electric mirror housing No. 17103.
