Contact ring, P/N 811 419 548A, shorts to conductive track from windshield wiper switch resulting in blown fuse.
Production Change:
Modified steering column switch identified with white paint dot on dimmer switch.

Service Solution:
Check contact ring, P/N 811 419 548A, for proper centering to steering column. Adjust if necessary.
