1984 M.Y. 5000 S vehicles are factory equipped with 4 prong lock type radio harness connector housing (female).

Until 1984 M.Y. Aimor radios can be equipped by the supplier with the corresponding 4 "male" connector housing, the male connnectors must be
individually pushed into the vehicle harness connector and secured with tape.

The fifth male connector supplies operating power to the radio and has to be spliced into a power source after ignition.
