Check wiring between connector C and control unit connector A as follows

-

Remove control unit cover located in footwell on passenger side of vehicle

-

Unplug control unit connector

-

Use ohmmeter to check continuity between terminals of connector C and control unit connector A:

Connector C terminal (1) and control unit connector A terminal (20)

^

Connector C terminal (3) and control unit connector A terminal (26)

^

Each specification: approx. 0 ohm 

If NO

-

Check for open circuit in wiring between connectors A and C according to current flow diagram

If specs. OK and system NOT OK

-

Replace control unit
