remove plug from unused connection on one way valve (arrow) in manifold vacuum line in rear of engine compartment connect other end of 200 mm
vacuum hose from thermo valve to connection on one way valve using hose clamp

remove windshield washer reservoir connect harness to pressure switch (1) route harness next to existing wiring harness behind washer reservoir (2).
Tie-wrap accordingly connect other end of harness to OXS duty cycle test connection (3) reinstall washer reservoir  apply new hose diagram label (Part
Number 035 000 363 FQ) over existing label in engine compartment

Note

Ensure that bonding surface is clean.
