The thermoswitch for the injector cooling fan has been changed to improve hot starting.

The cooling fan is now activated at 90~ C versus 110~ C with the old switch. old switch Part No. 035 959 481 B new switch Part No. 035 959 481 C

This change was made in production, March 1984, VIN EA 133 000

In response to hot starting complaints on earlier vehicles, install the new thermoswitch.
