connect multimeter US 1119 to both terminals of full throttle switch

zero protractor
-
slowly open throttle valve
-
specification: 0 ohms at 53 to 63° of throttle opening
IF NO:
-
adjust full throttle switch at mounting screws
If still NOT OK:
-
replace full throttle switch
