Throttle valve switches:

Idle and full throttle checking/adjusting Idle switch Work sequence

-

loosen upper left bolt from throttle valve housing

-

attach pointer and tighten bolt

-

attach protractor to 1st stage throttle valve shaft (remove nut if necessary)

-

disconnect switch wire plug and connect ohmmeter

-

adjust protractor to "zero"

-

open throttle approx. 20~ and close slowly

specification: "zero" ohms at 1 to 2.5~
