Connector A terminal (21) and relay mount 10 terminal (47)
^
Connector A terminal (31) and relay mount 10 terminal (49)
^
specification; approx 0.2 ohm
If specification NOT OK

Check for open circuit in wiring according to current flow diagram
If wiring OK

Replace control unit
