Idle Speed: Testing and Inspection
Automatic
Self Constructed Led Test Light
1.
Connect LED tester (US 1115 or Fig. 14) between terminals 14 and 34 of the injection control unit plug.
2.
With transmission selector in NEUTRAL or PARK, switch ignition ON. LED tester should light. (If the tester does not light, try reversing the
leads of the tester).
3.
With transmission selector in any driving gear, LED tester should not light.
If LED tester does not operate as specified, repair wiring as necessary.
