Axle Shaft: Service and Repair
Rear Axle Replace
5000S QUATTRO
1.
Remove wheel trim and loosen lug nuts.
Fig. 4 Rear axle & suspension.
2.
Remove axle nut, Fig. 4. Remove and install axle nut only with wheels on ground. Do not move vehicle without driveshaft or outer
constant velocity joint installed.
3.
Remove wheel and tire assembly.
