If readings are not correct

-

replace function selector switch

connect voltmeter between contacts 31 and 15 of 6 point wire connector for function selector switch

switch ignition ON

If not OK

check wiring for breaks using current flow diagram

If no breaks in wiring, - remove instrument cluster
