drain radiator sufficiently to lower fluid level below broken neck

^

remove radiator hose

^

lightly sand and clean inside of broken radiator neck

Note

Additional sanding of mating surface of insert maybe required on some radiators to achieve proper fit

sand mating surface of replacement insert

^

apply epoxy glue to insert

^

push insert fully into broken neck

^

fill and smooth any uneven edges or gaps with remaining glue
