This Technical Bulletin is a reprint of Technical Bulletin, Group 87, # 91-03 dated April 30, 1991 per request of several Technicians.
Fogging windshield and windows can be caused by a broken fresh air/recirculation flap return spring. The flap will not operate properly if the spring is
broken.
Note
Air temperature and humidity will affect the amount of window fogging.
