An improperly installed fuse/relay panel cover allows water to enter the fuse/relay panel and damage the components.

Fuse/relay panel and cover

Do the following when installing the fuse/relay panel cover:

-

check that cover seals edges of fuse/relay panel completely

-

check that retaining tabs (A) engage lugs (B) completely

Note

Check all vehicles during Pre Delivery Inspection and routine maintenance for proper installation of fuse/relay panel cover.
