Using ohmmeter, check for continuity across following terminals:

Connector (A) terminal 21 and relay mount (10) terminal 47 

^

Specification: approx 0 ohm 

If specification NOT OK

-

Check for open circuit in wiring according to current flow diagram

If wiring OK

-

Replace control unit
