drill out shear bolt with 3.5 mm (1/8 in) bit (arrow)

- 

loosen both steering column bolts (arrows)

- 

remove left lower dash panel

- 

remove left air deflector

- 

slide steering column tube together with steering column downward

- 

remove steering lock out of steering column clamp
