-

remove existing transparent hose

-

saw off banjo union (filter end) leaving neck of banjo in hose, and remove union nut

-

remove burrs and clean

-

cut a piece (100 mm) from the previously removed fuel supply hose with banjo, push it over the transparent hose, and secure it with a hose clamp
over the remaining banjo neck

-

reinstall the transparent hose

FUEL RETURN HOSE 4

-

reroute the previously removed fuel return hose (injection pump to fuel return line) and connect it between the injection pump and the control
valve

CHECK VALVE

-

cut through fuel return hose approximately 50 mm from where it connects to the fuel tank

-

cut off approximately 20 mm from hose and install check valve (arrow)

CAUTION:  Arrows indicating direction of flow must point toward the fuel tank.

NOTE:
-

secure all connections with hose clamps

-

secure newly installed fuel hoses so that they do not contact or interfere with moving parts
