^ damaged tabs may be repaired by making a small cut in the remainder of the tab and opening it with a chisel (as shown)

^

reinstall fan assembly to motor

^ secure fan blade nut with locking compound

^

reconnect battery ground strap

^

start engine, check fan for proper operation and cycling
