engine is started, but the amount of enrichment is partially controlled by the coolant temperature sensor. In cases of extreme cold, pressure
regulator current can be as high as 140 mA.
During deceleration, or over revving, fuel is shut off to the injectors by a current of -50 to -60 mA being applied to the differential pressure
regulator. This fuel shut off happens when the idle switch is closed while the engine is at speed, and when the engine speed exceeds 6600 rpm.
Differential pressure regulator current is also influenced by the altitude sensor. At higher altitudes (lower atmospheric pressure) the current
values are shifted toward the negative range, leaning out the mixture to compensate for the lower oxygen content in the air, Fig. 14.
