Fuel Pressure Regulator: Description and Operation

A new fuel pressure regulator is used to regulate the system pressure at a higher value. The system pressure is now maintained at 6.3 +/- 0.2 bar.
The fuel distributor is also modified. The top half of the unit is designed for use with high pressure injector lines. These new injector lines use flare
type fittings instead of the previous banjo bolts with copper sealing washers.
