Clevis, Adjusting

install new clevis, Part No. 894 721 213*, onto push rod

Note 
Before adjusting, fully extend push rod outward from brake servo. Be sure clevis is positioned, as shown.

adjust clevis

distance a = 226.0 +/- 0.5 mm

^

attach clip for return spring onto clevis

^

insert filter in mounting bracket, and secure mounting bracket onto new brake servo position small recesses (arrow) in mounting bracket, as shown.

position new seal on mounting bracket
