DO NOT re-install the following:

^

O-ring (previously installed between brake master cylinder and intermediate flange)

^

intermediate flange

install master cylinder to brake servo
^

use two new bolts (upper arrow), Part No. N 010 244 18*

^

clip pressure line into retaining bracket (arrow C)

^

remove plugs from brake pressure regulator and hydraulic pump

install new brake line e (Part No. 8A1 614 706 F*) from brake pressure regulator to connection H at rear of hydraulic pump

Note 
Connect brake line to hydraulic pump first, then tighten connections at brake pressure regulator and hydraulic pump.

^

install new brake line f (Part No. 8A1 614 705 F*) from brake pressure regulator to connection V at front of hydraulic pump

^

remove plugs d from brake master cylinder

CAUTION 
Part numbers are for reference only. Always check with your Parts Department for latest information.

^

install brake fluid reservoir

^

install hose (for clutch master cylinder), onto brake fluid reservoir

^

insert strainer in brake fluid reservoir

^

refill brake fluid reservoir and bleed brakes

^

bleed clutch

^

re-connect battery GND strap

^

start engine and check hydraulic brake servo system for leaks

^

check hydraulic fluid level; refill as necessary
