Feedback Potentiometer

1. Remove temperature control flap adjusting motor but do not separate harness.

2. Switch ignition ON, set A/C control head temperature to HI, select diagnosis channel 8. Approximately 9-14 is displayed, adjust to display value: 12.

3. Turn screwdriver to adjust value:

- A to increase value.
- B to decrease value.

4. When adjustment value is correct, set A/C control head temperature to LO. Display code must be less than 245.

5. If display code is more than 245, set A/C control head temperature to HI. Re-adjust feedback potentiometer to a lower value, but not less than 9.

6. Set A/C control head temperature to LO, re-check display. Display code must be less than 245. If not, return to step 5.
