Evaporator Core: Specifications

Tightening Torque:

Evaporator line retaining bracket: 15 Nm (11 ft lb)

Inlet Connection:

O-ring: 10.8 mm inside diameter, 1.8 mm thickness

Outlet connection:

O-ring: 17.2 mm inside diameter, 1.8 mm thickness

NOTE:

Only use new O-rings specified for use with R-134a.

O-ring and torque specifications also apply to threaded connections in the A/C lines.
