Intake Manifold Change-Over Vacuum Servo: Description and Operation

PURPOSE 

The vacuum servo opens six air flaps inside the intake manifold to change the length and volume of the intake track.

OPERATION 

When vacuum is applied the vacuum servo opens the six (6) air flaps in the intake manifold. The vacuum to the servo is controlled by the ECM via the
Intake Manifold Change-Over Valve.
