Fuse/relay Panel, Relay And Fuse Identification

(Attached to housing)

C - Black (power supply)

- Terminal 1 - Ground (GND) 
- Terminal 2 - Battery Positive Voltage (B+), (term. 30) via fuse

D - White

- Data transfer
- For all OBD systems

E - Blue

- Blink code output (no longer applicable to all OBD systems)

F - Auxiliary fuses
