Removing and Installing Flywheel on 4-Cylinder Direct Petrol Injection Engine

Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Counterhold tool -3067-
  W00-0026
Removing
l  Gearbox removed.
–  Remove clutch pressure plate → Rep. gr.30.
–  Insert counterhold tool -3067- to slacken bolts.
–  Remove bolts and take off flywheel.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
l  Tightening torque → Chapter „Flywheel and sealing flange - exploded view“
  Note
t  Renew the bolts tightened with specified tightening angle.
t  Can only be installed in one position (holes are off-set)
–  Fit counterhold tool -3067- the other way round to tighten bolts.
–  Install clutch pressure plate → Rep. gr.30.
