Removing and installing radiator cowl
Removing and installing radiator cowl
   
Removing
–  Remove noise insulation -1- → Rep. gr.66.
  A10-11306
–  Release hose clips -1 and 2- and remove air hose.

  WARNING
Risk of injury as the radiator fans may start up automatically.
Unplug electrical connectors before performing work on radiator cowl.
–  Unplug electrical connector -1- for radiator fan at bottom of radiator cowl.
–  Press locking tabs on left and right sides of radiator cowl -arrow- and at the same time lift radiator cowl off radiator.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
l  Tightening torques → Fig. „„Installing air hoses with screw-type clips““
–  Install noise insulation → Rep. gr.66.
