Prising out cover fabric backrest cover panel
   
Prising out cover fabric backrest cover panel
1 - Backrest cover
q   Unhook backrest cover panel -5- at bottom.
q   Prise out fastening strip -6- at bottom on left and right.
q   Prise piping -3- out of fastening strip -2- on left and right.
q   Fold up backrest cover panel.
q   Pinch off staples -8- (2x).
q   Lift off backrest cover -1- with padding.
q   Continue with cover removal → Chapter.

Removing head restraint guides
For greater clarity, head restraint guide -1- has been removed in Fig.
–  Insert upholstery needle or screwdriver -3- with a max. width of 2 mm in hole -4- (hole -4- is located opposite fastener of head restraint guide).
–  Whilst levering screwdriver -3- in direction of arrow -A- and pressing retainer tab -2- in direction of arrow -B-, pull out head restraint guide -1-.

Fitting piping
–  Align cut-out -3- in piping -2- with slot -4- in backrest cover panel -1-.
