| q | Lubricate with MoS2 grease |

| q | Renew guide sleeve if O-ring is damaged |
| q | Lubricate guide sleeve in area of release bearing with MoS2 grease |

| q | Secure to clutch release lever |
| 6 - | Bolt |
| q | 20 Nm |
| 7 - | Clutch release lever |
| q | Remove and install together with release bearing → Fig. and → Fig. |
| 8 - | Release bearing |
| q | Do not wash out bearing; wipe clean only |
| q | Renew bearing if noisy |
| q | Lubricate surfaces which contact release lever with MoS2 grease |
| 9 - | Bolt |
| q | 23 Nm |
| 10 - | Clutch slave cylinder |
| q | Removing and installing → Chapter |
| 11 - | Plunger |
| q | Lubricate end of plunger with MoS2 grease |
| 12 - | Assembly bolt |
| q | Secures clutch release lever while installing gearbox → Chapter |
| q | Unscrew after gearbox has been installed |
Note| If the assembly bolt ( → Item) is not available, an M8 x 35 bolt can be used instead. |
