Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Engine cover protector -VAS 6011-
  W00-1119
Procedure
–  Wash outer side of bonnet and dry with chamois leather.
–  Release service flap from inside the vehicle.
–  Release bonnet -arrows- and pull slightly to front.

–  Attach engine cover protector -VAS 6011- to bonnet.
  A10-0685
–  Detach bonnet and put aside with the engine cover protector -VAS 6011- facing downwards.
  Caution
Risk of damage.
Do not store bonnet in upright position.
