Oil Pan: Service and Repair

Oil Pan

Special tools, testers and auxiliary items required

‹› Multi-point socket (T10058) 

‹› Hand drill with plastic brush attachment

‹› Protective eyewear

‹› Silicone sealant.

Removing

-

Remove engine cover and air filter. See: Intake Manifold/Service and Repair

-

Remove noise insulation 

-

Remove right noise insulation fasteners - 1 to 3 -. 

-

Disconnect air guide pipe - arrow - from charge air cooler.

-

Unfasten air duct from turbocharger - arrows -.
