Recirculation Flap Motor

Vehicles with automatically regulated A/C system

‹› Different versions of Air Recirculation Flap Motor ( V113) in vehicles with manually and automatically regulated A/C system. On vehicles withe

manual climate control system, a motor with an end switch and without a potentiometer is installed.

‹› Different versions of Air Recirculation Flap Motor ( V113) in vehicles with an automatic climate control system with and without Back Pressure

Flap Motor (V71). To the end of model year 2007, the Air Flow Door Motor (V71) is being discontinued as a running change, on vehicles without
the Air Flow Door Motor (V71) the air flow door (fresh air door) is actuated via a curved washer and lever of the Recirculation Door Motor
(V113).

‹› Check the motor: Connect both terminals "5" and " 6" in control motor connector to 12 V (DC), the motor moves in one direction until stop, the

direction of rotation changes by interchanging B+ and Ground. Use an adapter cable. Refer to => [ Adapter Cable for Activating Control Motors ]

‹› Perform Basic Setting of A/C system after installing a new control motor. Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System VAS 5051 in

"Guided Fault Finding" function.

‹› Using Guided Fault Finding it is possible to check the control for the A/C electrical components, for example to check for interchanging during the

basic setting. Refer to Vehicle Diagnosis, Testing and Information System VAS 5051 in "Guided Fault Finding" function.
