Main Fuse Box in Luggage Compartment

Observe notes on contact corrosion => [ Contact Corrosion ] See: Wiring Harness/Service Precautions/Vehicle Damage Warnings.

Removing

-

With ignition switched off, disconnect battery Ground (GND) wire => [ Battery, Luggage Compartment, Disconnecting and Connecting ] See:
Starting and Charging/Battery/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Battery, Luggage Compartment, Disconnecting and Connecting.

Remove the rear molded insert - 3 - which holds the vehicle tools located under the luggage compartment floor.

-

Unhook the retaining strap - 2 - and remove the front molded insert - 1 -.

-

Open the flap above the main fuse box in the luggage compartment. 

-

Disconnect the wires - 1 -, - 2 - and -  4 -.

-

Disconnect electrical connector - 5 - for Battery Interrupt Igniter (N253).

-

Remove nuts - arrows -.

-

Remove the main fuse box in the luggage compartment - 3 -.
