Remove bolts - 4 - and remove steering column adjustment handle - 3 -

Remove bolts - 1 -, - 2 - and - 5 -

-

Remove lower part of steering column trim.

Remove bolt - 1 -.

-

Slide a 2.5 mm diameter drill - item 2 - approx. 45 mm into hole - arrow 1 - on Steering Column Electronic Systems Control Module J527 until
retaining detent is released - arrow 2 -.

-

Pull Steering Column Electronic Systems Control Module J527 down slightly and remove drill.

-

Release retaining clips - arrow - on connector side of Steering Column Electronic Systems Control Module J527 and remove control module from
steering column switch module.
