Seat Belt: Service and Repair

Outside Floor Assembly Anchorage Point

Removing

-

Remove lower A-pillar trim. Refer to => [ Lower A-Pillar Trim ] See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Trim.

Remove the rear bench seat. Refer to => [ Rear Bench Seat ] See: Body and Frame/Seats/Service and Repair/Removal and Replacement/Rear
Seats.

Remove sill panel trim. Refer to => [ Sill Panel Trim ] See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Trim.

Remove lower B-pillar trim. Refer to => [ Lower B-pillar Trim ] See: Body and Frame/Interior Moulding / Trim/Service and Repair/Removal and
Replacement/Trim.

Remove bolt - 1 - on three-point seatbelt lower anchorage point - 2 -.

Installing

Installation is reverse of removal, but note the following:

‹› If seat belt is being removed for accident repairs, replace screw.
