Condition
Both left and right steering wheel control switches are inoperative.
DTC 02071 may be stored in the Steering Column Electronics System Control Module.
The right-side switch is the LIN master for the steering wheel controls and is defective.
Service

Replace only the right side steering wheel control switch Part No: 4F0 951 527A 5PR.
DO NOT replace the left-side switch or the entire steering wheel!
