Install lock washer - A - and engage downward.

Install securing plate - C -.

Shift selector lever from "S" to "P". 

‹› Shift mechanism and selector lever cable must move freely. If necessary, replace selector lever cable or service shift mechanism.

Place selector lever in position "P".

-

Bolt lower cover securely to shift mechanism function unit -  arrows -.

-

Install heat shield and lower Cd covers to the floor panel

-

Install exhaust system and align it free of tension =>

Adjust selector lever cable => [ Selector Lever Cable, Checking and Adjusting ] See: Procedures.

Check shift mechanism => [ Selector Mechanism, Checking ] See: Shifter A/T/Service and Repair/Procedures/Selector Mechanism, Checking.

Install air filter housing => Fuel Injection and Ignition
