Clutch Disc: Procedures
Clutch (LuK), Component Overview

Clutch (LuK), component overview 02Q, 6 Speed FWD M/T

1. Dual-mass flywheel
2. Clutch plate 
3. SAC pressure plate

Only replace together with clutch plate

4. Bolt M6, 13 Nm

Loosen and tighten in small steps and in diagonal sequence

Checking ends of diaphragm spring

Wear up to half the thickness of diaphragm spring - arrows - is permitted. 

Note:

Only replace the pressure plate and clutch plate together. Allocate pressure plate and clutch plate according to engine code.
