Affected Vehicles

Condition
A stripe crosses the IP cluster center display.

This affects only vehicles with driver information system (PR number: +9Q2).

Technical Background

To differentiate the separate screen sections of the dash insert, a black plastic strip was installed in the upper third of the center screen. It prevents
interference of the background lighting with other sections. It also prevents mixing of light colors if information with yellow or red background lighting
is displayed.
