Removing and installing intake housing with fresh-air/air recirculation flap

Removing

–	Remove the dash panel complete with the dash panel cross-member → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70.

–	Remove the heater → Chapter.

–	Remove the bolts -A-.

–	Detach the cover -B-.

–	Unplug the connector -C-.

–	Detach the intake housing -D- from the heater.

Installing

Re-install all parts removed in reverse order, paying attention to the following:

–	On attaching the intake housing, make sure the attachment points -E- and -F- are correctly positioned.

–	Route the wiring harness such that it cannot come into contact with moving components (e.g. control motor lever).
