Removing and installing coolant pump pulley

Special tools and workshop equipment required
   
t  Counterhold tool -T10172- with adapter -T10172/7-
  W00-10637
Removing
–  Remove poly V-belt → Chapter.
–  Remove bolts -arrow- and detach bracket from engine support.
  A19-11265
–  Loosen bolts on poly V-belt pulley for coolant pump using counterhold tool -T10172- with adapter -T10172/7-.
–  Remove bolts and take off poly V-belt pulley.
Installing
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:
Tightening torques
l  → Chapter „Assembly mountings - exploded view“.
l  → Chapter „Coolant pump - exploded view“.
–  Install poly V-belt → Chapter.
