Removing and installing secondary air inlet valveN112
Removing and installing secondary air inlet valve -N112-
Removing:
–  Remove air cleaner → Rep. Gr.24.
  Caution
To prevent damage to the electronic components when disconnecting the battery:
Observe notes on procedure for disconnecting the battery.
–  Remove battery → Rep. Gr.27.
   
–  Remove battery tray -arrows-.

–  Disconnect electrical connector -A- and hose -B- from secondary air inlet valve -N112-.

–  Remove bolts -arrows- and detach coolant pipe.
  N26-10356
–  Remove bolts -arrows- and take out secondary air inlet valve -N112-.
Installing:
l  Tightening torques → Chapter „Cylinder head, engine codes BZB, CAWB, CBFA, CCTA, CDAA, CCZA - exploded view“
Installation is carried out in the reverse order; note the following:

Renew gaskets and self-locking nuts.
–  Install battery → Rep. Gr.27.
–  Install air cleaner → Rep. Gr.24.
